Drivers can expect to encounter westbound and eastbound daytime single lane closures on US 10 between I-39/US 51 and Portage County J on the east side of Stevens Point, beginning Tuesday, September 7.
The lane closures are necessary so crews can perform concrete repairs.
Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the day Friday, September 10.
Motorists should also be alert for slow moving vehicles, construction equipment and turning trucks within the work zone. To avoid any potential delays motorists may want to use alternate routes.
The work is subject to change based on favorable weather conditions and construction status.
