MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A federal judge has ordered an Illinois-based restaurant company that manages a group of IHOP restaurants to create a new sexual harassment training program.

U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman also affirmed last fall's jury verdict, that awarded $105,000 to two teen servers. The jury decided they were harassed by their manager at an IHOP formerly operated by Flipmeastack in Racine, Wis., in 2005.

Also on Aug. 31, Adelman ordered Flipmeastack to post a toll-free number for employees to report any sexual harassment and discrimination and report to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission any complaints of sexual harassment for four years.

Flipmeastack's attorney Robert Mihelich (MEYE'-lick) says he will appeal. He says Flipmeastack handled the situation appropriately and took quick action and responsibility on the complaint.
