Hundreds are expected to fill Wausau's Downtown 400 block this Sunday.
The first-ever Susan G. Komen Central Wisconsin "Race for the Cure" event is happening there.
Newschannel 7 is a proud sponsor.
Employees at Sandy's Clothing and Art in Wausau are adding a little flair to their team outfits. They're all putting on pink dresses.
One of them gave us a preview. They hope it will highlight this good cause.
"The cause is an amazing and there are so many women fighting this disease and i think whatever I can do, is very important," said Sara Lenzner, walking for a cure.
You can still sign up in person on Saturday night at the Holiday Inn in Rothschild from 4 until 10.
You can also sign up the morning of race day on the 400 block from 7 until 8:30 in the morning.
