Longtime Tesomas Scout Camp Volunteer, Ed Zahn Dies

Long time volunteer Boy Scout and U.S. Air Force Veteran, Ed Zahn has died. Zahn was 80-years-old.

Zahn first attended Camp Tesomas near Rhinelander in 1938 and returned every year till his death.

According to his obituary, services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5405 Rib Mountain Drive, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Wausau. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Brainard Funeral Home, 522 Adams St., Wausau, and again from 10 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Camp Tesomas Samoset Council, B.S.A
