A 23-year-old Adams man charged in a stabbing that sent one person to the hospital was formally charged Monday in Adams County Circuit Court with 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, aggravated battery and three counts of bail jumping.
Investigators say a 44-year-old Friendship man was treated at a Marshfield hospital after a stabbing April 27. The incident happened at a home on County Road M in Adams.
According to the Adams County Sheriff's Department, the alleged victim, Printice Williams did not sustain life-threatening injuries.
The department did not release the relationship between Williams and McEvilla.
McEvilla is free on a $5,000 signature bond. He'll return to court on September 2.
