UPDATE: Waupaca Co. Accident Victim ID'ed

The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department has released the name of an 81-year-old man who was killed after he was stuck by a car.

Authorities say Fred Lick, 81, was hit by a car while crossing County Road Q near Highway QQ in the Township of Farmington. The accident happened just after 4 p.m. on July 2.

Lick was pronounced dead the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital. She was treated for minor injuries and released.

The crash is still under investigation.
