A Weston man is in the hospital after after he crashed his motorcycle in Oneida County on Saturday.
The man is being identified as 33-year-old Jed M. Travis of Weston.
The accident happened around 5:30 PM Saturday on Highway 8 near Birch Bay Road in the Town of Woodboro. Just a few minutes earlier, the Oneida County Sheriff's Department received a 911 call reporting a reckless motorcycle driving westbound on Highway 8.
Travis was the only person involved in the accident. He was flown by Spirit Air to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the accident.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, Oneida County Ambulance-Medic 4, Woodboro First Responders, Crescent fire Department, Crescent First Responders and Nokomis Fire Department.
The investigation is on ongoing.
