Hope Lodge in Marshfield has received a $100,000 grant from Wellpoint Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Three other Hope Lodges nationwide got donations from the insurance company.

Manager Joleen Specht says the money will be put in savings.

It and the interest it earns will be used to help pay the expenses at the lodge, which are nearly $350,000 a year.

Hope Lodge offers free lodging for cancer patients getting treatment at Marshfield Clinic and St. Joseph's Hospital.
