They all claim to have the best barbeque in the world, and some of them have actually been awarded for it.
Wausau's annual Big Bull Falls Ribfest is in full swing at the downtown airport.
All four award-winning vendors travel the country serving up their secret sauces.
The owner of Texas Thunder has been barbequing for 30 years.
"I love it up here. Last year couldn't get the balloons up, but sales are good, ya'll like your ribs up this way, that's nice," said Joe Sutphen.
Sutphen's also a bit of celebrity, having been featured on Food Network and the Travel Channel for his barbeque creations.
The other vendors hail from Chicago, Arizona, and Wausau.
