(PRESS RELEASE) Glass sculptures created by students at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point will be for sale Wednesday, November 18, through Friday, November 20, as part of a student organization fundraiser.

The Society of Artists for Sculpture group is selling unique, handcrafted glass bowls, cups, ornaments and decorative pieces in the Noel Fine Art Center Courtyard from noon to 8 p.m. each day.

The Society of Artists for Sculpture is a student group of artists and alumni interested in three-dimensional art covering a wide range of media and exploration. The group's mission is to build community through art, and to provide professional development and educational opportunities for student artists and community members through workshops, internships, publications, exhibitions, special events, visiting artists and travel.
