NewsChannel 7 DTV Troubleshooting Guide
WSAW NewsChannel 7 is now broadcasting in 100% digital ONLY ... the older analog signal is no longer being broadcast. If you are a cable or satellite subscriber, you do not need to worry, the change is handled for you. For those of you that watch NewsChannel 7 over the airwaves, you will need to re-scan your digital TV or converter box to locate new digital signal. If you are having problems watching NewsChannel 7, please visit the DTV section of wsaw.com or by emailing us dtv@wsaw.com . WSAW, NewsChannel 7 will be turning off its analog signal on MONDAY February 16, 2009 at 11:55 p.m.  If you have questions after the switchover, please follow this Troubleshooting guide and form and a member of our engineering staff will contact you as soon as possible.  Please be sure to leave some form of a contact phone number or e-mail address.  Thank you.
