Gray Television president Bob Prather appeared before Congress Thursday to discuss the DTV transition.
Mr. Prather is testifying on the state of the DTV transition so far and what the company has experienced. Gray TV owns several small and mid-market television markets across the United States, including WSAW NewsChannel 7, MyNetwork TV and the 24/7 Weather Channel.
