LAKE DELTON, Wis. (AP) -- A 34-year-old Verona man has been sentenced to three years of probation after pleading no contest to a charge that he kept a place of prostitution.
Prosecutors say Brian E. Nerby and his girlfriend used a Web site to sell sex from their home.
According to police, an undercover detective met with 25-year-old Lindsay A. Schutz, who offered him sex.
Nerby and Schutz were arrested, and Schutz agreed to work with police in a sting that led to the arrest of 10 men. According to court documents, the men planned to have sex with Schutz for between $200 and $700.
Schutz is scheduled for a jury trial June 24.
A telephone listing for Nerby could not be found. His attorney, Maura O. Melka, says she never comments on any case.
