Laura L. Trittin, 39, of Kronenwetter, passed away Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 surrounded by her family at Aspirus Hospice House, Wausau.
She was born Oct. 10, 1973 in Shawano to Mark and Linda (Schwietzer) Verch. She married Todd Trittin on Aug. 3, 2002 at Niagara Falls.
Laura was a loving wife and mother. She took pride in her role and enjoyed keeping up her home for her family. Sunday nights were special to her, always spent snuggling at home. She also enjoyed shopping and going out to lunch with her daughter Hannah, scrapbooking, and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Weston.
Survivors include her husband, Todd; daughter, Hannah; son, Henry, all of Kronenwetter; her parents, Mark and Linda Verch, of Wisconsin Rapids; sister, Amanda (Josh) Rice, and their children, Mason and Cameron Rice, all of Wausau; special cousin and friend, Jamie Kallies, Green Bay; father-in-law, Donn Trittin, Kronenwetter; mother-in-law, Kay (John) Lewandoski, Weston; brothers-in-law, Kurt (Amy) Trittin, and their son, Dylan Trittin, all of Ringle; and Brad Trittin (Jenna Oberman), Kronenwetter; step-sisters-in-law, Stacy Lewindoski, Madison, Tricia (Dusty) Schroedel, Sun Prairie, and Annie (Eric) Andres, Neenah; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Harvey Schwietzer, and niece, Abigail Rice.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 6205 Alderson St., Weston. Rev. Ray Connor will officiate. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Visitation will be held from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25th at the Brainard Funeral Home-Everest Chapel, 5712 Memorial Court, Weston, and again on Tuesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a memorial fund being set up for her children will be accepted.
The family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Aspirus Cancer Center, and the Aspirus Hospice House for all the special care they have given Laura.
