Kenneth F. Corazalla, 51, Birnamwood, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital, Madison with his family by his side.
He was born on February 24, 1961 in Seattle, WA, the son of the late Fabian Corazalla and Barbara (Tomson) Corazalla of Birnamwood. On October 25, 1980, Kenneth was united in marriage to Cynthia Riehle in Edgar. He was employed at Wausau Window and Wall for over 22 years until his retirement due to illness. Ken was a member of St. Philomena Catholic Church, Birnamwood. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying deer hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.
In addition to his wife, Cindy, and his mother Barbara, survivors include three sons, Matthew Corazalla, Marcus (Fiancé Calee Hable) Corazalla, all of Birnamwood and Michael Corazalla, Dubuque, Iowa; one brother, Geno (Kristie) Corazalla, Birnamwood; father and mother-in-law, Leroy and Doreen Riehle; sisters-in-law, Cheryl (Joe) Allman, Wausau, Crystal (Darrell) Stieber, Edgar; one brother-in-law, Steve (Sally) Riehle, Athens, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Ken was preceded in death by his father, Fabian and a sister, Julie Gorshe.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11AM on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Birnamwood. The Rev. Anthony Ibekwe will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9AM until the time of Mass at the church. Schmidt & Schulta Funeral Home, Birnamwood is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
