Kenneth Kalbes Sr., 81, of Wausau passed away Thursday, November 22, 2012 at Mt. View Care Center.

He was born July 15, 1931 in Wausau to the late Frank and Laura (Golisch) Kalbes. Ken served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He drove truck for several trucking companies as well as Marathon Electric.

Survivors include his children, Ken Kalbes Jr. of Wausau, Lori (Scott) Radtke of Wausau and Douglas Kalbes of Mosinee, six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. Reverend Ted Gulhaugen will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. You may sign our family guest book at helke.com.
