Leo B. Woytasik, 98, Wittenberg, died Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Homme Home of Wittenberg under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
He was born on December 15, 1913 in the town of Reid, the son of the late Charles and Bernice (Swedowski) Woytasik.
On October 11, 1941, Leo was united in marriage to Frances Worzalla at St. Florian Catholic Church, Hatley. She preceded him in death on July 25, 2007.
Leo is survived by two children; Roger Woytasik, Milwaukee and Janice Klempke, Wausau and one grandson, Brian Woytasik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to his wife and parents, Leo was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
A Prayer Service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church, Bevent. Sister Mary Ellen Diermeier will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9:30am until the time of services at the church. Schmidt & Schulta Funeral Home, Wittenberg is assisting the family with arrangements.
