On October 18, 2012 the Lord took Sharon Ziech home after a battle with cancer. She was 49 years old.
Sharon was born in Wausau on March 19, 1963 to Florian and Margie Koranda.
As Sharon grew up, she went to The Nazarene Church. She liked her two cats, and sweets like peach upside down cake and apple pie. Sharon also liked horseback riding. She was liked by people and friends.
She will be missed by her parents Florian and Margie Koranda, Brother David Koranda, Aunt Wenonah Mishler, her close friend Noreen Landowski, brother-in-law Robert Ziech, sister-in-law Sandy Milanowski, and many other relatives.
Her husband Wayne preceded her in death on March 28, 2011.
Memorial service will be held 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Brainard Funeral Home, 522 Adams St, Wausau. Rev. Ron Bergin will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Pine Grove Cemetery.
