Christian Alexander Nagel Peterson, 24, of Wausau, died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Eau Claire Hospital. He was born Mar. 25, 1988 in Traverse City, Mich., to Patrick N. and Christine M. Peterson. Our beautiful boy will be fondly remembered for his intelligence, his sense of humor, graceful athleticism, and his charm. Christian loved reading and learning, his family and his true friends. The winter/spring semester at UWMC culminated with the Dean’s list and a gpa of 3.92. Christian will be forever missed and forever loved. Gods speed. Christian is survived by his parents, sister, Hilary Noelle Peterson, Reno, NV; maternal grandparents, Norma G. and Gerald M. Morauski, Fort Myers, FL.; girlfriend, Beth Bassinger, Wausau; and many Aunts and Uncles and close Cousins. Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Donna N. Peterson and Arthur H. Peterson; cousin, Mats Mirick. Memorial services will be held at their family church Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Rev. David Klutterman is officiating.
