Kathleen Janet Klutterman, 79, of Merrill, died Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Ministry St. Clare’s Hospital, Weston.

Kathleen was born Sep. 9, 1933, in Shorewood, WI, to the late Thomas J. and Mabel (Pashley) Murray. She moved to Watertown, WI. after graduating from high school, and moved her family to Green Bay in 1970, where she lived for 40 years. Kathleen joined her family in Wausau in 2010, living the past year in Merrill, WI.

An accountant until her retirement, Kathleen loved to travel. Her journeys took her to England, Scotland, Ireland and South America as well as touring the Northeast states and cruising the Mississippi River. In recent years she stayed closer to home, enjoying family trips to Mackinac Island and throughout Northern Wisconsin. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, and possessed a deep and abiding faith.

Survivors include two sons, David of Wausau and Terry of Madison; daughter Janet (Mark Plucinski) of Merrill; three grandchildren, Bart (Jen) of Madison, Kimberly of Frederick, MD. and Chelsea of Wausau; great-grandson Torin of Madison; sister Jean Einerson (Lyle) of Milwaukee; and cousins.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 1, 2012 at St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church, 330 McClellan St., Wausau. Rev. David Klutterman will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church Flower Fund.
