George William (Bill) Truman, 64, of Wausau, passed away on Friday,
September 21, 2012, at home. He was born to William Ludell and Elsie
(Blank) Truman on July 2, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio. He grew up and attended
school in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Bill married the former Diane Knutson on
February 22, 1969, in Antigo, and lived there prior to relocating to Wausau
in 1996. Bill liked to spend his time with his family and especially with
his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, playing
chess, and playing on his computer. Bill was the kind of person that was

his garage. More than anything Bill was a friend, role-model, and counselor
to all who knew him, willing to listen and help anyone in any way he could. Bill is survived by his wife, Diane; children, Angela Truman (Robert Konkel)
of Wausau, Heidi Toth (Dennis Havard) of Wausau, Ronald (Leslie) Truman of
Wausau, and Danielle Truman of St. Croix Falls; grandchildren, Andrew,
