D.C. Everest Students Sell Bracelets in Classmate's Honor

Breanna Schneller's best friends and classmates are keeping her memory alive. She's the D.C. Everest High School senior who was brutally murdered May 2nd in Wausau. They're selling pink, rubber bracelets for $2 each. They're pink because that was Breanna's favorite color.

Local Boy Scout Council Unsure of Financial Future

The Samoset Council of the Boy Scouts of America doesn't expect to see any changes happen to their core scouting programs. That's despite the United Way of Marathon County's decision to cut $28,500 in funding to the organization next year, and $25,000 additional the year after.
