They're the volunteers behind the popular "Fill a backpack, Fill a need" program providing thousands of area families with school supplies.
But, the Workplace Volunteer Council also collects toiletries and undergarments.
The "Back to Basics" and "Bare Necessities" programs were created a few years ago when the economy started to struggle.
Volunteers say they feel rewarded when they hear just how meaningful a toothbrush or underwear can be.
"Last year we had a gentleman that he told someone he had gone from a six figure income to $0 income. And thank heavens for this project. All of a sudden, the dynamic was different, he was in a different place," said Workplace Volunteer Council President Karla Zygowicz.
