(Press Release) Wausau, WI – February 16, 2011 – The Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce and RMM Solutions are proud to announce the $50,000 Technology Makeover for Small Business Chamber members. One Chamber member will receive $50,000 in technology products and services.
"We have seen the makeover type shows on TV transform a family’s life. Now members of The Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce have a chance to win a $50,000 Technology Makeover and transform their business,” says Rimon Moses, CEO, RMM Solutions.
The winner of the Technology Makeover will get $50,000 worth of hardware, software, implementation services and ProActive support from RMM Solutions for up to one year.
“The contest opened on January 26 and allows members of The Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce to apply for the $50,000 prize. Applicants are required to answer simple questions about their business and describe what challenges their business is facing, the goals they wish to achieve with technology and what benefits
they would realize from the $50,000 grand prize,” said Karen Nerison,
Marketing/Programs Director, The Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce.
“In order to pull a contest like this together we needed the help of a number of our partners and community supporters,” comments Moses. “Cisco, HP, Microsoft, The Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce, along with RMM Solutions are major sponsors
for this technology makeover.”
Applications for the grand prize will be accepted until Friday, March 25, after which five finalists will be announced on Thursday, April 28 at Business EXPO 2011, at The Patriot Center. The winner will be announced Tuesday, May 3 at RMM Solutions’ 2011 Technology Fair at the Jefferson Street Inn, Wausau.
