Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin is breaking ground on a 27,000-square-foot, general retail building in Wausau.
The one-story building is being constructed at 1100 Morning Glory Lane.
The property is expected to open in September 2011.
Once completed, Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin plans to occupy the building and to use it as a general retail store and training facility.
Goodwill purchased the 3.62-acre land site in February 2011.
