Dr. Paul HIlmer, author of "A People's History of the Hmong" will be at Marathon County Public Library Wausau Headquarters at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2011. He is a professor of American History and Director of the Hmong Oral History Project at Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.

This program is sponsored by friends of Marathon County Public Library and the Wausau Area Hmong Mutual Association.

He is also the keynote speaker at the Hmong Heritage Month Luncheon at 11 a.m. Friday, April 29, 11 at The Rose Garden in Wausau.
