Today, students got experience in the field while helping out The Neighbors' Place. Class instructor, Lacey Hinsa says, "To just work on their landscaping and help out in anyway we can. We like to help non-profits. Every program we like to do some physical activity because we are getting into an industry that is outside all of the time. We also like to work with a non-profit in the area."
Students receive 120 hours of training in many construction areas. At the end of the 6 week program, students have the skills to find a job of their own.
