High School Project House Needs Buyer

They've spent several months planning, building and constructing, but now that it's completed, the Antigo High School's project house sits, unsold.

At just $47,000, the 1,300 sq. ft. home is a steal. The economy could be to blame for its absence of a bidder.

According to Antigo Daily Journal, the Board of Education is extending the deadline for bids until Wednesday, July 22.

Instructor Dave Wentland, Calls the project one of the finest the class has constructed in the 22 years of the program.

The house was constructed by 14 students under Wentland, over the course of the last school year.

Bid packets and more information are available from the district office.
