I notice some of the blogs complain about the ads being too loud but my concern is about the volume at WSAW in general. If I switch to another channel to watch the Brewers for instance, and had been on channel 7, I need to turn the volume down. That goes for any channel I go to from channel 7 - I need to turn volume dowm pronto! Is there a logical reason for that?

    Please fix your technical issues... its funny that the commercials work better than the program airing. It has been going on for weeks and needs to be rectified. Consider bringing in outside engineers or contact channel 9's engineers maybe they would consier helping in the spirt of Christmas.

    Channel 7 please fix your volume and picture quality. The pixel looking horrible picture quality made me change the channel completely and watch channel 9 news tonight. It is very frustrating trying to watch my favorite channel 7 shows like survivor, and tonight two broke girls and listen to this cutting out constantly. It is time to hire some new techs that can handle putting out quality t.v. In fact survivor was messed up 3 weeks in a row.... Please fix this ASAP......

    Channel 7 has some of my favorite shows, but the volume is TOO LOW. I CANNOT HEAR IT comfortably even though it is set at the highest level I can get. Only channel I have a problem with. Can you fix it?

    Can you call our engineering department for some troubleshooting help on this? They will need to know: what kind of tv, how are you watching NewsChannel 7 (satellite, off-air, cable, etc), do you have other problems with other stations, etc. Please call 715-845-4211 during regular business hours.

      I have the same problem. I am viewing over the air signal and the Chanel 7 news volume is very low. I have my Panasonic 42" Plasma volume turned up to 70 to hear it normal, other channels are fine at level 30. This started at the transition to the news in HD.

    The volume thing is rediculous. The news just came on at 6 and I can't even hear it. Also if I record something on ch. 7 I have to turn the volume up to about the 40's or 50's to even hear at a good level. What is the problem with the sound? I'm tempted to ignore all programming on ch. 7. Aargh!!!!!
