You've got to be kidding!! Those brothers that want the felonies thrown out deserve as much mercy as they showed the deer they hit!!! Domestic animals or not, cruelty is cruelty and the brothers deserve no breaks!! Throw the book at them!! We let too many people off the hook when it comes to animal cruelty cases. I firmly believe that anyone who can be cruel to an animal will have no difficulties being cruel to a fellow human being!!

Not only were the animals killed, but there are many priviledges that are going to be lost. I highly doubt that the owner of that property is going to allow snowmobiling next year. That isn't even the most important thing in this issue. Killing animals is wrong, unless you use the meat. Torturing animals is dead wrong. Unfortunately there was parenting issues included in this.

Killing ANYTHING for sport and entertainment is murder. The indians had it right by valuing an animals life and only killing to provide for their people. To kill as a hobby (so called hunting), entertainment and/or bragging rights is wrong. A message needs to be sent that this is not acceptable.
