Library Fines - You need to state that you get to use library items for FREE.
When they are not returned, nobody else in that area gets to use them.  All she needed to do is be responsible & respect others rights to use their library too.

I find it frustrating that the police are picking up people for library fines when my ex-husband is thousands of dollars behind in child support and they will not pick him up. Seeing this news report extremely upset me. This was a minal library fee compared to several thousand of dollars to help support his children. Unless he does something wrong, even with a bench warrant, they will not go pick him up. Something is wrong with the Court system to allow this. I would love to see a report done on dead beat dads.
