There were a lot of people wrong about him being unfit to play and how many are following him. This is not just my opinion but more than most know or even care to admit.

I'm a big football fan and I feel that just because you like Farve that it is a crock that you show the Jets when there are local division games that mean more to people in this area. It would be nice to watch a Bears game or any game that doesn't have that has been in it. I and plenty of other people are sick and tired of hearing of that prima donna. it's time to let it go and let the people enjoy the game again!!!!!

I am and always will be a Packer fan, but the way TT and Packer organization treated him was pretty poor. He kept GB in the spotlight and was a for the most part a positive role model for kids. It is time to move on, however, I am very glad that you are carrying the Jets games. I would like to see the Packers give Favre the credit he is due and take responsibility for causing the ill feelings felt by some who are now bad mouthing the very player that brought the Packers back to the place they deserve. For those who don't like football, I'm wondering why you are even commenting.

Thank you Channel 7 for airing the Jets games! I have been a Packers fan my entire life (40 years), not only because they play in GB, but also because of their integrity as an organization. In my opinion, the lies TT has told, not only about #4, but also Mike Sherman's firing ("it had nothing to do with his win/loss record" according to TT)---oh really?? It shows the organization has rotted at the top. Had they made the playoffs in Sherman's last, injury devastated year, TT STILL would have fired him?? "Right ON" TJ! Being a Packers fan is MORE than just backing whoever happens to wear, or manage, the Green & Gold. It has to do with integrity and honesty. TT is a soul-less corporate elitist who does not tell the truth. Is winning REALLY the ONLY thing that matters?? Not for me. Good luck to Brett Favre, and shame on all those "true Packer fans" who have now thrown #4 under the bus after 16 GREAT years! Have fun with TT "The Phantom of Lambeau", and GO JETS!

It's wonderful that Channel 7 is carrying the Jets' games. I will watch every one! I don't have blind loyalty to a multi-million dollar business like the Packers, but rather to the sports phenomena Brett Farve who built that frachchise for 16 years. Farve personified the adage "Its how you play the game," and in the end that is what really matters. I haven't drunk the "Green & Gold Cool-Aide" and become a "Green & Gold Zomie" Former Packer great Jerry Kramer said recently on WSAU Radio that Thompson couldn't stand being in Frave's shadow... it could never be Ted Thompson's team until he got rid of Brett. RIGHT ON JERYY KRAMER!!!! Thompson is "sabatoging" Farve - not the other way around. GODSPEED BRETT, quite of few of us do "get it". You're far too honorable to be with the Green Bay Packers during the "reign of terror" of Ted Thompson. Driver, and Tauscher, and other Packers veterans . . . watch your backs! Who's next?

Favre looks decent. He needs an offensive live that doesn't give up sacks every 3 plays and he needs receivers that know how to run their routes.

I have been a Packer fan for as long as I can remember but I think Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy treated Brett very badly, forcing him into making an early decision about retiring and then telling him he could have had until training camp to make the decision. BS!!! It broke my heart when Brett felt he wasn't welcome in GB after all he did for that franchise. I will no longer watch the Packers. My new favorite team is the Jets.

Farve got the shaft from the Packers CEO Ted Thompson. I have watched the Packers since I was a boy. The game only got interesting for me when Brett was the quaterback. If Brett displays his same enthusiasm for the Jets thats great. I'm so happy your station will air the jets games. Since Brett got booted out of Green Bay the pre-games have been sleepers. I'll be watching the Jets with Brett putting fun back into the game and into watching him play.

What does JETS stand for? Just End The Season. Jets stink, Biff Favor is a phony, I'm glad the Packers played hard ball with his egotistical a$$. Yeah , Im going to watch . Im glad their on TV . I was kinda sick of all the media attention but we can`t stop it . And after we found out how the Packers gave Brett the shaft by not letting him back , I hope he does good. See if the Packers ever reply to anything in the future that come`s from Bretts mouth pertaining to him wanting back on the team . Thompson wanted Rodgers from the start and didn`t want Brett to have more power than the GM . Good luck Ted if the Packers do poor this year .

I'm VERY happy to hear that there will be multiple Jets games on WSAW. Favre didn't deserve to be treated the way he was during his final months in Green Bay. I hope Favre takes the Jets to the Super Bowl this year and hopefully Ted Thompson loses his job in Green Bay.

I totally agree!!! Not a Favre fan....Not a Packer fan....Not a Football fan. I'm so SICK of hearing about Favre this and Favre that. Now they're going to air the Jets games just so Favre fans can watch him play??? Come on already!!!!! I'm done with hearing all about it.
