no onstar hands free phone service!

why is wausau/north central wisconsin not covered by onstar's hands free phone service?  the on star works on my gm vehicle, but the company says there is no service available for the onstar hands free phone calling service in this area.  how do all the gm owners and onstar customers feel about gm thinking they don;t need this service?

looks like another corporation making decisions for us. north central wisconsin is used to not having too many choices, so don;t count on this changing soon.
