I don't know if you're a fan of "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" or "The Colbert Report." Both are very funny are required DVR viewing in my house. I just wanted to give them both a shout-out, as the kids would say, about the way they handled things after the Arizona shooting. Pitch perfect in both shows.
Speaking of pitch (how's that for a transition?) how come more people don't sing at church? I bet I was the only one of about 20-people in my little corner of my church Sunday morning singing. Isn't that part of the service experience?
Are there a lot of people sick in your home or office? Feels like something is going around here. I've been lucky so far, I've been doing a netty pot treatment a couple times a week for a few weeks now and it's really keeping me clear. It feels wierd, but it works.
I wish they would take those commercials for the Humane Society off the air. The ones where they show video of really sad looking, perhaps abused animals while a really sad song is playing. They make me cry every time. OK, may be not cry, but at least get misty. And my dog always gets an extra petting and treat after I see them.
You can tell it's January by my driveway. At the start of the winter, it has to be shoveled perfectly. Down to the blacktop and out to the edge. By this time of the season I'm a lot less fussy.
That's about it, except Go Pack!
Got any thoughts or opinions? You know what to do.
