Hi all.

Just a quick update this week. A former co-worker and still friend got married over the weekend.

Angela Salscheider, who was a producer, then reporter, then my 10pm co-anchor here at NewsChannel 7 tied the knot with long time boyfriend Nick on Saturday. (I'll leave out his last name to protect his privacy)

The ceremony was underneath a wedding gazebo at a state park in Green Bay, where Angela now works. Ang looked stunning! She has a natural beauty that shines through even more in a wedding gown. (I can say that now without sounding creepy since we're no longer co-workers). The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous! It was 72 and sunny, nobody tripped or fainted and the preacher's homily was really short. It was also nice to see some other alums of NewsChannel 7 who have also made their way over to Titletown. Plus, Sue Ramsett and I also got to meet and have some very nice conversations with Ang and Nick's families. Heck, they made us feel like part of the family.

Ang is an excellent worker and an even better person. Her new husband Nick is a great guy. I'm happy for both of them.

Hi Jeff! Just have to say that I am so enjoying the morning show again and it is because of you!!! I am smiling and laughing at your antics, dancing,jokes, etc!! It is a great way to start my morning. I of course enjoy the news, weather, and Hollywood updates too. Keep up the good work. Sonya~Minocqua

Jeff can't wait to see you back on the early Morning News tomorrow and everyday.....It will so nice to see some fresh news when you turn on the show at that time slot instead of all the repeated news from the night before....What a happy happy face we will see. Just what the show needed...YOU

Jeff, Just a big thanks to you for letting the viewers know what has happened in the lives of your former co-workers. It is always great seeing their wedding photos. Keep it up.

Hi Ang! Hope all is well after your big day. I have a permanent retainer behind my top teeth. It's essentially a wire that runs across my front four teeth to keep them straight after I had braces. And it's also great to have when I feel tears welling up and I want to fight them. I just dig my tongue into the wire. I had to do that at your wedding. As proud as I was, I can't imagine how your Dad felt! Congrats again and remember to stop in when you're over this way. J

Congratulations to Angela and Nick. You all look so happy in this picture...What is good you all seem to stay friends even after they leave the station. Nice to catch up on some of our old reporters etc.

Hi Jeff!! How nice of you and Susan to attend Angela & Nick's wedding. We thouroughly enjoyed chatting with you and having you at the wedding. It was our pleasure to meet you and Susan. We hope you had a wonderful time. We just love Angela! Sonya (Nick's Mom and Angela's" new mother-in_law"!!!
