After watching the Brewers rally against the Cubs on Friday night, I'm even more excited to get to another game.
Is it too soon to catch the fever? The way the offense can put up runs, whether it be with late inning heroics or not, is impressive. I still think they need to get a front-line pitcher at/before the trade deadline.
My guess is if they're playing well and in it come mid/late-June they could make another move, but one that wouldn't require giving up a prospect like Matt LaPorta when they got Sabathia.
And how about the excitement Trevor Hoffman has brought to the team. Can't wait to hear "Hells Bells" live!
"I've got a fever, and the only prescription...Brewers baseball."
