By now you may have heard about the controversy involving Brett Favre and trying to help the Lions and other teams beat the Packers. If not, check out this story from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=807804
Note to Brett: Let it go!
The Packers have moved on, but apparently Brett can't. I know he didn't break any official rules, but how bush league can the guy get? And members of the Packers organization said they'd heard "whispers" of it prior to Sunday's report.
In MY opinion, I believe that Favre's hatred for Ted Thompson and the way things ended up, that he probably did do it. Favre denied it to Peter King of S.I., but he also denied the comeback rumors, even denying it to his best media friend Al Jones down in Biloxi, MS. Who's to say he didn't do it with Tampa Bay and his former coach Jon Gruden, or Dallas, or Atlanta...you get my point.
What are your thoughts? Do you think he did it? If he did, do you still back the guy like you would have before? I mean, Brett Favre was, as Charles Woodson said it, trying to "sabotage" the Packers, his ex-teammates and YOU the fans. Let me hear from you.
Until next time...
