A few weeks ago (September 28th), on the night the Brewers clinched the Wild Card berth I made a small...um...wager with weekend meteorologist Jeremy Tabin. JT is a big Phillies fan (he was raised near Philly so I guess you can't fault him for that), so I thought it would be fun to make the Phillies-Brewers series a little more interesting. If the Brewers won, JT would have to do the last portion of my sports, and if the Phillies won I would do his 7-day forecast.
Well, I guess it's time to pay the piper, as they say. Thanks to the Phils' 3-1 series win, yours truly will be doing the 7-day forecast in the near future, likely on Saturday Oct. 11. Now that should be some good TV. Wish me luck, folks.
Until next time, and there will be a next time...
