Pitchers and Catchers Report!

It's that time of the year... where some people start getting that itch for spring and summer and just wish it would arrive already  .... while others are just wondering when the next few flakes of snow will fly to get out on the trails on the snowmobiles.

I never know what to make of Spring Training in baseball.. don't get me wrong, I understand why they do it and all that jazz, but mid-February in Wisconsin and looking out the window, baseball seems pretty far away to me the fan and viewer.

The Colorado Rockies pitchers and catchers reported to Hi Corbett Field today (Wednesday) in Tucson for the last time ... as they will not be returning to that field next year.

I am looking forward to seeing how much 2 teams have improved (or not) in the offseason. 1) my beloved Rockies and 2) the Brewers. (I'm a Brewers fan all but 9 games out of the year, which is when they play my Rox!)

Will Carlos Gomez help out? Will they miss Cameron's power?  Will they miss Jason Kendall (not the hitter, but the playcaller and defender)?    What is your take/predictions/thoughts for 2010 MLB and the Brewers?

Only time will tell... speaking of time, here's the dates for Pitchers & Catchers reporting for all teams:
