Ways to get our exclusive TITAN forecast ...

After spending 6 hours on air doing severe weather updates (3 hours Wednesday and 3 hours Thursday) ... I just want to let everyone know a little bit more about ways to get weather information from NewsChannel 7 and the TITAN radar system.  With more and more Digital Televisions hitting the market, be sure to stay informed by checking out 7-3 and charter digital cable channel #247.  If you don't have DTV or Digital Cable yet, you can still check out www.wsaw.com because we are streaming live on our webchannel.

1) TELEVISION--  NewsChannel 7/DTV 7-3/Charter Digital cable channel 247.  These are the areas to watch our exclusive "Local" Weather Channel (24/7) that we run here at NewsChannel 7.  In addition, during non-newscast times, we stream our 24/7 weather channel through our webchannel at www.wsaw.com .  Here you'll find constant Live TITAN radar views, local forecasts and some national weather forecasts as well.  NEW-- look for a "fresher" look to 24/7 within the next several months.

2) WEB--  For those of you reading, you already know about the www.wsaw.com/weather section of our webchannel.  The county by country radars are located on www.wsaw.com/weathermaps .   NEW-- I have made some minor adjustments to the My Local Titan Radar Maps and it is updating much more quickly than before.  Enjoy!

3) MOBILE--  mobile.wsaw.com is the place to go if you have a cell phone with access to the web.  Plenty of severe weather information there in addition to radars and current conditions.

4)  FIRST WARN DESKTOP ALERT-- Go to www.wsaw.com and download the First Warn Desktop Alert Program.  This program sits in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and constantly shows the current temperature for your city.  In addition, it will run alerts/"crawls" across the bottom of your screen when severe weather is in the area.

Plenty of ways to get our TITAN forecast to you!   Which is your favorite?

In addition, we're asking for your weather photos: send them to:  http://wsaw.mycapture.com/mycapture/photos/Upload.aspx and post them there!
