WHITE LAKE, Wis. (AP) -- State officials today say three homes and one resort were destroyed and another 75 homes were damaged in the five tornadoes that roared across Wisconsin yesterday.

Wisconsin Emergency Management spokeswoman Lori Getter in Madison says the three homes destroyed were in Marathon County near Bevent.

She says 10 buildings at the 25-acre Bear Paw Outdoor Adventure Resort near White Lake were destroyed.

No estimates of the dollar amount of the losses are yet available.

Meanwhile, the first analysis of the power of the tornadoes is done.

The National Weather Service says the twister that hit the Langlade County resort had winds of 140 to 165 miles per hour.

The agency says a review of damage north of Mountain in Oconto County determined the twister there had winds 120 to 130 miles per hour.

The weather service says the tornado's path covered 36 miles, from northwest Menominee County to northeast Oconto County.
